What we collect

To process an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number where you supply one. We also record the contents and value of your order.

Payment details

We do not receive, process or store your full card number. Card details are entered on an encrypted payment form and handled entirely by our payment processor, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits and the card brand.

How we use it

Solely to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, handle returns, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor, the delivery carrier handling your parcel, and our accountants. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax rules. You can ask us to delete anything not required for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@absolutegoods.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep your basket and your session working. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
